Monthly subscription

BarrierCheck may charge a monthly subscription fee after signup or trial access.

Free trial

The free trial is limited to one trial per inspector, licence number, business, phone number or other reasonable account identifier. Deleting an account, cancelling access or changing login method does not reset free-trial eligibility.

Cancellation

Users can cancel future billing. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on how billing is configured.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally not refunded after billing except where required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
