Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 16 June 2026. This starter policy should be reviewed before public launch.

Free trial

BarrierCheck may offer a one-month free trial for approved pool safety inspectors. The trial is intended to let users assess the service before paid billing begins.

Monthly subscription

After the free trial, BarrierCheck may charge a monthly subscription fee.

Cancellation

Users can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Because a free trial is provided, paid subscription fees are not refunded after billing except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Account deletion

Deleting your account is separate from cancelling a subscription. Account deletion removes access immediately and is intended to remove your stored app data.
